I am inspired by the many unknown people who make a huge difference in poor communities all over the world. They do not do it for any reward but they have a passion that is driven by their understanding of their place in society. Some of them are popular, some are not. The late Princess Diana was such a good person. She was committed to helping people. Communication is key. A good leader listens and cares about everyone's wants and needs. In my opinion a good leader should be respectful and understanding. I remember stating in a past survey that TIG is an unending miracle in my life; and I still stand by my words. TIG has done so much for me and my community by extension and I believe it is still doing more. I am very grateful.
